DIRECTIONS
As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 tablets. Start by taking one tablet to assess tolerance and increase the dosage slowly. Some individuals may find 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, or 3 tablets as the ideal dose for long-lasting energy. Store in a cool, dry place. DO NOT EXCEED 3 TABLETS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.

If you are sensitive to caffeine do not use this product. One serving of this product contains about the same amount of caffeine as 1.5 cups of coffee. Contains Yohimbe (bark) extract which contains yohimbine. Do not use for more than 12 weeks. Consult a physician before using this or any other dietary supplement. Do not take this product if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or if you are using any prescription or over-the-counter medication. Do not use BioPerine® without physician supervision since it may increase blood levels of prescription medications.
