    I have been using this for pain (possibly from scoliosis and age). It has allowed me to avoid going to a pain mgmt doctor. I take one tylenol twice a day also. I really notice when I forget to take it during the day. I have noticed no side effects . My routine blood work has been normal also thankfully, since there isn't a lot of research on this. I'm happy to have found this at a reasonable price here! :)
