First Dose: Start by taking 1 Soft-gel to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor. Manufacturer's Directions: Take 2 Soft-gels once or twice per day with meals. Consume with at least 6 ounces of water. Take this product daily for overall health. Consume at least one gallon of water per day.
