Now Foods Ultra Omega 3 Fish Oil

5 of 5 Stars I have to take this product for triglyceride management on recommendation of our doctor. I was originally taking an RX Ethyl Esther ("EE") Omega 3 fish oil capsule for this but the EE capsules tend to cause severe joint pain in some folks. The NOW Ultra Omega 3 is not an EE product, which is good, but rather is made by a molecular distillation process instead.

The NOW capsules are very large and it will take some time to get used to taking them (you will) but the price is good and the product is the best high EPA/ DHA Omega 3 on the market. You do not need to buy anything with the word "NORDIC" in the title. I have tried them all and this one actually works and is well-tolerated and not smelly.
