5 of 5 Stars This is the BEST tasting muscle milk by far. The pre-made drinks are the best but if you can't find them or want to make it up as you need your supplement this is the best. I don't use water with mine, I mix with almond or coconut milk for a richer flavor. If I want a little more protein I mix in egg whites with my almond milk. You won't go wrong with this! I also use it for all my cooking recipes. I used this for a protein cheesecake recipe and it was delish! I don't know why more stores don't carry it where I live. Just boring chocolate and vanilla. Maybe cookies and creme, the cake batter has them beat hands down!!!!
