5 of 5 Stars I have 3 children, ages 5 and under, and I give all 3 the liquid vitamin c. I feel it really helps boost and keep their immune system strong and I find that to be very important,especially during the cold and flu season. I am pleased with the results. It is worth noting that my youngest child is 11 months old and she takes it fine. She acts as if it is sour to her but her amount is so small that she is able to take it no problem.
